The cool thing about Hotel Aspen InnSuites Flagstaff / Grand Canyon is that it offers a seasonal outdoor pool for guests to enjoy.
Morning to all, upon arrival at the hours of 1am and 2am. I'm a first responder in county of Maricopa as a Roadside Service Provider. My visit to Flagstaff was to pick up my oldest daughter at them Amtrak station in flagstaff. I had initiated a purchase online on Booking.com. For some time book now reservation. The Gentleman with the long Red Beard and Reading glasses. Was not helpful what so ever. Every question I would ask. Would a neglect, denial, or he cannot call any one. The Hotel, does not have anyone during the hours of my arrival. The Gentleman, would not extend himself with any care or undergo the extra mile to assist. Regarding my reservation. I had a reservation number and I advised him that booking was for an immediate reservation. He said, that it was not in his tablet portal. That he could not find me in his system. What the Gentleman wanted to do instead. Was bill me onsite for a new room. Just like anyone else like myself. You could find good deals onsite, all the time for Hotels. It felt awkward being refused service, when the room was completely paid on full.
The place is Very Clean and Very Affordable! My two "must haves!" Staff Always kind and friendly and the location is near grocery and train station! I will always return! 🤗.
Staff is very easy to work with. Rooms are clean and quiet.
Loved the hot tube, need asighned parking.
