Everything was an up charge. In room water was $22 per bottle, in room coffee was $12 and you weren?t allowed to use their refrigerator without paying $50. Shower pan was moldy and disgusting. Water went hot/cold on its own so showers were not nice.

I had three members of our party experience set backs due to leakage. I was the one dealing with it because honestly the staff was not very accommodating or empathetic. You pay for a service and should receive it somehow someway. We had to make requests, relay between managers and change rooms in the middle of the stay ruining plans that we had for a birthday celebration. I don?t believe the staff handled it as well as they could have. I understand that there are things that happen that not in their control but again they should be accommodating and apologetic. Thank you.

Positives: The room was very nice; great beds and bathroom, plenty of walking space. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The nightly rate was reasonable Negatives: check in was stressful (long lines, had to wait for room); hidden resort fee; room had no refrigerator that I could use; ice machine on our floor broken; crowded elevator and pools; very high priced food in hotel restaurants. Summary: I would not bring my full family here; too expensive. But I also wouldn?t bring just my wife here either; too crowded. This hotel doesn?t hit a niche for me; wouldn?t ever come back.

Our room has a leak in kitchen sink. Bathroom was dirty after room had been cleaned twice. The refrigerators should be available for personal use. We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and need to be able to use the fridge. Who knows how long snacks and coffee have been sitting in the room. We spend enough money in this hotel. We changed rooms because of pot smell in our room. Switching floors was a nightmare because keys only work for that floor. I got trapped between floors with my stuff on different floors. The keys should work for any floor. USA Volleyball requires teams to stay at certain hotels. Mandalay Bay is one that we will not stay at in the future. The beds were very comfortable and overall I did feel safe.

My son and I attended the NFL Draft and your facility was recommended by a member of our party. Have no complaints about anything and the entire trip was a great experience for us. The sports book and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall great experience and if I ever get back, this is a place I would definitely consider staying at again.

Our bathroom stall wasn't cleaned until Sunday night. I had to call multiple times for our room to be cleaned because housekeeping kept skipping our room. We would see them in the hallway and even next door to our room and still nothing was done. I complained multiple times and all that was done for us was two day's of resort fee's being removed. When I called guest services Sunday night to advise we had no washcloths I was told maybe they were short staffed? I inquired why was our room skipped and not the others around us? When I get home I will call to speak with a manager as there was no one at the front desk when we checked out.

First, I travel here for work VERY frequently and these things have become a trend. For one. it is tough to find ANY food available after 10pm, impossible after 11pm. Citizens was always our go to place for any hour of dining and it was closed almost every time we tried this trip. The coffee shop downstairs has been closed for months. The elevators are a mess and the floor specific key access rarely works. It should be key access but not floor specific. WiFi and cable access slow down and are more or less unusable after 10pm which is very inconvenient for work. The WiFi issue has happened almost every time I have stayed at Mandalay Bay for the last two years. The mask policy is not enforced. The door folks at Foundation Room make it seem impossible to enter for some evening beverages without a table reservation or a tip par for the course in Vegas. There is no usable fridge in the room and if you even breathe on the other items, you are charged for them. I understand a mini bar but you should really provide guests a way to keep their own purchased beverages and food items cold. I will continue to stay because of work but it, as of late, has been adequate at best.

Suite on 23rd floor with two king bedrooms provided space to spread out plus gathering space in the middle. Great views all around. We came into town for the Raiders game and it was so easy and convenient to stay here.

Be prepared to pay resort fees on all your bookings. I specifically chose one that didn't have them factored into my online total, nor did it specify that I would be paying resort fees upon checkout. Cleanliness is a big one for me and Mandalay Bay did deliver. The resort charges you for EVERYTHING! including the use of the refrigerator. That?s just crazy to me. I think about breastfeeding mothers who need to pump and store their milk getting caught in this ?scam?. Ice is available, but that?s work! Don?t we work hard enough to get vacation anyway? Plus, the ice machine on our floor was broken. the pool is only open until 7pm. Ridiculous because you are paying a resort fee; by the way. I was charged one and I wasn?t supposed to be. On top of charges, there are all sorts of weird charges on my account, things I never purchased; so now I have to have a discussion with someone about this. Send me good vibes because it took me one hour to get a hold of someone on the phone when I was looking for a confirmation number. Also, when checking in, there was only one person at the check in desk, on a Saturday! Mandalay Bay used to have a more luxurious feel and reputation, but it?s definitely lacking that luster and polish it was once able to boast about.

It took several hours to actually get into my room due to parking issues and room cleanliness issues. Parking was a nightmare and then finally upon entering my room there was a bathtub full of black hair. After another hour of waiting on the phone and then finally having to go down to the front desk to get a new room and then waiting for my Bellman it took me three hours to actually try to relax in this room. It seemed all was well because the concierge did give me a discount and extended my check out time but then when the Bellman brought me my things my guitar is completely broken in two thick places of wood!! I Can't even imagine how you broke this guitar. Again I'm on the phone forever and all I get is a "we will get back to you, but we don't know when".. . I'm still waiting for a resolution and I hope it turns out better than it is right now. The only thing that could've made it worse is if one of your employees murdered me or stole my wallet and car. Otherwise the entire check in process was a nightmare and your Bellman ruined my guitar. I will literally never stay here again and I will tell everyone about what a horrible experience Las Vegas is in general. I've been to many places and there is nothing relaxing or fun about a huge city that does not care about the people, damages their things and spits them out while taking as much money as they can. Hideous and I'm pissed.

I was very disappointed that the wait time for the pool was hours. I was also disappointed that people were allowed to use the pool facility without staying on the property. No pool access only armbands should be sold if people who are paying to stay here can?t use the pool. Also, to have to get in line at 7:00 AM in order to get in the pool at 9:00 AM is ridiculous! The wait time to use the lazy river is 45 minutes!

We had a great stay. Our room had a great view but seemed to be cleaned in haste before us long black hairs on the toilet lid and on the floors. Also the pedestrian signage getting in/out of the hotel to Las Vegas Blvd could be improved. We walked down a taxi drive the first day and out a parking area the second day. Finally found the easiest entrance thru the ?beach level? and our through the fountain gazebo the third day! Overall great service and House of Blues was delicious!

Very disappointed at our total experience. We arrive to confusing signs in the parking garage about having to pay for parking. Took another 30 minutes to check in. Get to our room which looked great but spelled like weed. People in the next room screamed and fought for five hours. When they stopped it was to smoke weed. We tried to call the desk our room phone wasn?t working. Went down to the desk, waited 15 minutes in line to talk to someone. Phone was NEVER fixed. Took an hour for security to come up to room. They never moved them or offer to move us. They smoked weed all night. Our friends had a private party at Ri RA Irish pub and that was excellent. Got back to our room Saturday night and the couple was fighting again! Horrible. Just horrible.

Mandalay Bay was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make our wedding truly magical. However Hotelplanner.com is a complete different matter their Customer Service is nothing worse than a second rate operation. Ther eis no direct contact and when something goes wrong they disappear, they do not fully explain anything and every member of our party had a different deal. My suggestion is use govegas.com as you will find the best deal on there.

Our stay was handled by the finest staff of people, the restaurants were delicious and so thoughtful for dining requirements and this hotel should be praised for hiring physically handicapt people who can do the jobs they were assigned. Mandalay is not afraid of hiring people with birth defects that do not impair them from holding a job and earning a living. This hotel is a leader in hospitality and humanity.

Overall our stay was positive, the room service and cleaning service were very good and on time. The facility was nice and clean. I would love to go back in our next stay. The only issue we had was with our first point of contact with the front desk representative. He took too long to check us in, he didn?t know how to explain the charges. We arrived very tired and sleepy and he was explaining things that sound like random words. Even when I asked him to cut the explanation and tell us in bullet point he was not able to explain. He repeated the incidental fee for five times. All is all he was not prepared to answer our questions and didn?t have a good customer service and communication skills.

The Mandalay Bay is a great hotel to stay at. The hotel does not have a strong smell of smoke, very clean. The bathroom in the king room was spacious, room itself was spacious. I feel it?s more of a low key hotel, not overly crowded. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel was fine but be sure you ask a lot of questions because the staff assumes you know the rules of the road and doesn?t volunteer information. We had pre paid for the room and food credits prior to arrival. Upon checking in, I learned I also had to make a $300 damage deposit (really??) and was never informed how the food credits work. When I called guest services to inquire about the food credits, they didn?t know much about how they worked and I had to go down to the front desk to learn more. I had no idea what time the pool opened or closed, what time check out was, what restaurants were in the resort or shows playing. Nothing in my room with this info either. Mandalay Bay. you can and should do better.

We stayed at Mandalay Bay for a big birthday celebration and to attend the Muse concert. We had a great time. The resort is HUGE so there was a lot to do and lots of food choices. It's also somewhat secluded from all the craziness further up the strip, which was nice. The hotel had a walkway from the shoppes which connected to Luxor, which was also nice so we didn't have to cross a bunch of busy streets. The rooms are a bit dated, but quite spacious and the beds were comfy. The food (especially mini bar and room service) are outrageously priced, so be prepared. Overall, great stay, very convenient location to see the concert and we had fun! We'll be back!

This hotel is great we have stayed several times in the last year. I pool area is fun and relaxing and the prices near and around the pool are not bad. The rooms are great, they are all clean, up dated nicely and the beds and pillows are great. After our last visit I went home and bought the same pillows we used at the hotel. The casino is not stinky like some of the other hotels. The area where you catch Uber and Lift are easy to get in and out of and very quick. Overall this hotel is great and we will stay here again.

The smell was so beautiful and the lotion in the rooms matched the fragrance. That was a huge part of the experience for me. It was a beautiful hotel with stunning flower arrangements. The beach and lazy river were awesome. Mojito was tasty. The best resort I have ever been to in my travels. I would go back in an instant. If you want to go to a beautiful relaxing luxurious hotel, go to the Mandalay Bay Resort!
