From the minute we arrived, nothing seemed to work. Mobile checkin did not work, no one picked up the phone at the bell desk, card didn't work for room so had to wait in line all over again. The room was disgusting. While it was cleaned everyday there was gum stuck to the bed and remnants of prior guests food everywhere pretzels on the lower shelf on nightstand, cheerios behind the lamp, coffee/soda stains on the sheets.

What amazing staff! Starting with Carmen at guest services to everyone at the pool deck and even housekeeping! We were celebrating my 62nd birthday and my son’s first wedding anniversary. Our adjoining rooms were impeccably clean and those beds were a dream! Everything was wonderful!
