While reading the find print of what the *Daily Resort Fees are, the complimentary waters and other promises were unfulfilled. The soap, conditioner, lotion and shampoo look so alike that it's frustrating to always read the small print. Also the hours for room service are inconvenient. from 6am 11am and then only again from 5pm 11pm. Really need room service the most from 12pm 4pm and 12am 4am.

I entered and said "Wow"! Great interior room improvement over the prior Hard Rock Hotel". Wood type flooring with large rugs made the room homely. A large door separating the entrance, closet and bathroom from the living quarters was practical and very much appreciated! It shielded the room from the usual hallway traffic noise. Like the Virgin Airline planes, the Virgin Hotel just stands above all prior hotel experiences I've had. Staff was very helpful!

Our stay was to have a base to explore Las Vegas Stip. The hotel location makes this very difficult and expensive The room is sterile, zero ambiance. I get the feeling that the hotel is struggling with its identity, conference centre or holiday destination. Let me help ! Stick to conferences. We only ate at the Mexican restaurant let most of the food tasted “warm” not impressed Overall a very poor experience.

I booked an upgraded room that was supposed to have a "strip view" but the only view it had was a view of the buildings across the street (which are not anything to look at) and the inside of the pool area. If you wanted to see the strip you had to crawl into the very corner of the room and smash your face onto the window to get a glimpse of the strip. My recomendation would be not to upgrade your room to a view or make sure you see the room you're going to get before paying for it. We also couldn't use the Roku the entire time because it wouldn't work. They had engineering in our room three times during our stay and each time it would work for five minutes then break again. The strip is too long to walk to so I paid on average $50 per day for Uber trips to the strip and back and the spa left a lot to be desired. Overall, I won't stay here again.

While we were out of our room and had the privacy light on (meaning no room service), someone from housekeeping entered our room and rifled through our stuff. We reported it to security and they said the only people with access is housekeeping. They said they could determine who went in by the card scanned and the hallway video footage. We have been checking with them, but have gotten no response.fortunately nothing was taken. We had my wife’s purse hidden behind some clothes and zipped away in a compartment because it wouldn’t fit in the room safe. Fortunately we had removed the cash and major credit cards. Unfortunately there were a few smaller store cards that we don’t know if they have been compromised. We are keeping an eye on them. They talked a good talk at the front desk as did the manager on duty but yet they have done nothing. This is unfortunate because this is a beautiful hotel and the staff seemed very friendly. I would like to stay there again if I knew they would take care of the issue and inform me. We were there for a conference and we don’t gamble so I can’t give you any details on the casino. I travel a lot with Hilton and this behavior is not typical.

This hotel recently recieved a makeover. It was our first time stayin at this property. Much attention was given to ammenities and detail. It is a lovely property away from the strip and within walking distance of the Thomas and Mack Center. There are a few things in our room that needed attention: The in room safe did not work. The TV remote would not hold a charge and would not operate the TV. The restaurants needed more servers. The WiFi in the rooms and connection with the TV could be much better. A/C control seemed rather ineffective. We didn't have time to explore all the wonderful things this property had to offer. The light switching in the rooms is very smart and up to date.

Awesome stay at the hard rock/virgin during a very hectic weekend for Vegas with lots of events taking place simultaneously. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had to wait about 90min to get checked in, even after the designed time of 3pm. Because of that, possibly, the room cleanliness wasn’t spotless but good enough. Otherwise room I booked exceeded expectations in all ways. Loved many features and it felt like a lux retreat to go back to after my conference each night. PLENTY of space for a family, let alone just me. Amazing that I was able to move furniture around (very heavy to do so) to be consistent with my daily yoga practice and synch laptop to the smart TV. Also great that I was able to request a fridge for my needs. Overall awesome and would stay again especially since very convenient to walk back and forth to the Thomas and Mack Arena on th UNVL campus.

I enjoyed this stay. I have stayed at the hotel when it was the Hard Rock. This time as the Virgin Hotel. The rooms are still awesome and great. The lights took a bit to control. Could not get the TV to connect to my phone. (I did download the app) The place was very clean, the Pizza place and the Kitchen was great for eating. Overall enjoyed and would come back again next year.

I thought the hotel was really clean and nice, not too crowded. I wasn't impressed with some of the staff. One of the bartenders in one of the restaurants was a bit rude while my friend and I had dinner at the bar. The only other compliant is that housekeeping kept ringing the doorbell on a Sunday morning at 9am until we answered asking if we were checking out that day. I said yes and she left, only to come back at 11am asking when we were leaving after confirming a noon checkout when we checked in. Incessantly ringing the doorbell at 9am on a Sunday morning after a late Saturday night was infuriating.

And good riddance. Sadly this used to be a cool hotel/casino. Now it’s over priced, the staff are rude and the beds are uncomfortable. I requested a king bed but was told all they had available when I checked in were two doubles. Which I don’t know how that’s possible when the place was a ghost town. Very sad.

I stayed for one night, typically check in time in 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM and was said resort fee is mandatory which is ~45$ per day, includes free shuttle to strip street and some other access. Weird thing is I checked in at 4:30 PM and Checked out at 10:00 AM and can use resort facilities only between 10:00 AM to 5:00 Pm which doesn't make any sense. I just paid ~45$ for free. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to much of looting.

I called to make my reservation and I asked if they allow emotional support animals. She said it was no problem as long as I brought the letter from my doctor. I showed up at midnight (I had been driving all day) and was very tired and when I tried to check in they told me they don't allow emotional support animals even though I had my note from my doctor. The front desk lady told me she didn't know who told me that, but animals aren't allowed at the hotel. I had to leave at midnight and try to find another hotel. It would have been fine if they told me that during the phone call when I made the reservation, but over the phone she assured me it was fine.

Casino annf bars were dead. Smoke everywhere. Staff were cold. Spa staff was rude. Took my business elsewhere and checked out several days early and at three am it was so abysmal. Never again. And Hard Rock in Atlantic City was one of our favorite spots.
