The MGM Grand Hotel & Casino is located on the Las Vegas Strip, steps away from the MGM Grand Garden Arena and a short walk from Dolby Live. It is also close to popular attractions such as the T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Casino, and the Bellagio Casino.
Hotel fee wasn’t $97 as told. I paid an extra $56 on top of a $100 deposit.
I specifically ask for a room with a view of the strip when I made the reservation. I reiterated three times while on the phone. When I checked in, I ask twice, "it has a view of the strip, correct?" Desk agent said "Yes" I Did Not Get A Room with A View of The Strip! That was my only complaint. Why Didnt I Get The Room I specifically ask for and Paid For? I'm not a very happy person with this experience at MGM!
I paid extra to stay in the newly remodeled area. My child found someone’s leftover French fries under the bed.
Everything about the room was wonderful. Check in was good.

The hotel was very nice, and our room was beautiful. We really appreciated how conveniently it’s located near everything. The pools were clean and well-maintained, adding to a great overall experience.
Enjoyed the pool, shows and bars. Room was relaxing and beds fantastic.

Escalator broken. Check in was a joke. Rude employees the few that we ran into. Housekeeping team was wonderful very friendly and helpful. But for $400 a night we were very disappointed. Will not be staying at an MGM property ever again.
We were on the 8th floor room 544, there was constant noise in the room anytime the elevator was in use. I asked to be moved to another room and was told it wasn’t possible. I saw it was a Marriott affiliated property and showed I was a Platinum Elite member and it fell on deaf ears. Very disappointed.
We requested two double beds when booking the room, but only a king bed was available. The shower was dirty and had a very very strong mildew smell. We tried getting a different room, but was told we would have to pay extra for only a suite being available. The bed was the worst bed, it felt like there was no mattress and we were sleeping on rocks. Very poor experience.
Outdated and dirty.
Never was introduced to an employee or associate that showed interest in customer service. Once was told 30 minutes to wait for breakfast when half the tables in restaurant were open. Was told they were closed?.
Took all day to get a technician to fix the heat as well as four calls to the front desk. Not what you would expect for the price. Never again.

The hotel was clean and safe. The safe guard of using your key card to reach your designated floor in the elevators is a great safety feature. The room was extremely clean and tidy. There was security walking the establishment regularly. The staff at the front desk and the shops were courteous, pleasant and informative. I would definitely stay at MGM Grand again.
