Horseshoe Las Vegas
The hotel is located steps away from the Grand Bazaar Shops and a short walk from the Las Vegas Eiffel Tower, offering guests easy access to popular attractions on the Las Vegas Strip.
We expected good service, clean rooms and a true Las Vegas vacation. Got everything we expected and better. One thing….Flaortown is terrible…but not a deal breaker…plenty of great eats in Las Vegas!
I checked in a day early but had to get a suite. That extra day cost a few dollars less than my 8 night stay. Snacks were very expensive. A bottle water cost $5 and one banana cost $5 also. Only two of 8 elevators were working. However, the staff were very courteous and did an excellent job.
This is not a hotel that knows the word ‘hospitality’. The check in staff were very rude. They were annoyed that we were bothering them by not checking in at the kiosk. They seem offended that we were deserving their small group conversation. Not one of them knew where the bathrooms were nor how to find the elevators. As expected, the casino is noisy and full of smoke. But I do not recall the rancid smell of nicotine oil ground into the carpets from other casinos. Do you ever wash your rugs? The refrigerator in our room was turned off. Ice was nowhere to be found. There was no coffee machine in the room. A call to the front desk and housekeeping did not help. Your famous pool keeps very short hours. We paid for it, but could not use it. On previous trips I have stayed at Mandalay Bay, The Whyn, MGM and Motel 6. I rank The Horseshoe well below Motel Six.
Room was very clean, service was very good. Very happy. I played in the World Series, the poker and loved the convenience.

Everything was terrific. From check in to check out. Dealers superb.
Nice rooms. Really fast elevators and plenty of them. Love the facility.
Clean, comfortable and affordable. Loved the $10 crap tables! I called friends who were in town at Paris and Caesers Palace and had them come over to join me to gamble and eat.
Rooms were messed up upon check in causing hotel assistance. To get this corrected resulted in additional cost to myself. They provided fountain view room but couldn't see the fountain at all from my windows.
Clean and good Casino, the slots machines need to be verified, hard to change denominations and push play, so I played at another Casinos.
Was nice stay other than the fact either room next to me or across had a dog whimpering most night. Maybe hotel should have a certain area for travelers with animals.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Good poker games.
I like the hotel but we have bad experience at the reception when we check in, the line was long, people approach the manager and instead to find solutions answered in bad way and went away leaving us like animals.
Clean hotel and great service.
We had a smooth check in and the hotel was clean.
I left my personal belongings and none are missing. The room attendant and service is very good.
clean room and bathroom. the fan on the A/C system never cut off even when thermostat was set to turn off fan at certain temperature. Turned fan on and off manually. overall great stay.
Everything was very comfortable and the checkout process was amazing being all on the mobile phone.
Great view and very comfortable room.
Everything was a disaster. Took me 1hr 45 minutes to check in!
Running late to catch a cab and get to the airport, the LAST thing you expect is a 40 minute wait for available elevators. My room was on the 20th floor, so too high to hoof it down! Probably a deal breaker from ever returning to the Horseshoe. People are friendly, staff and services are all great; but fix the elevators please and make sure they are all running during check in and check out periods.
Hi there! You can ask me anything at all about the Horseshoe Las Vegas.
Try some of these examples:
"What's for breakfast?"
"What's the parking situation?"
"How far is [location of your choice]?"
