"Elevators down/Management communications poor."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
Elevators in the Blanca tower were inoperable or had sporadic operations. Upwards of 50 other guests and myself waited for more than 30mins only to be told there was was an option to use the stairs (my room was on the 14th floor). No member of the management team came to address the situation. Numerous calls were made, with a response of someone was on the way. After 45mins, a member of the security team arrived and provided access to the service elevator. Once on your floor you were, yet again, stranded due to a lack of access the employee only area for the service elevator. I am going to share my experience with the organizers of the Total Product Experience an leave the decision to utilize the Sahara as the host hotel to them. I will not be staying there in the future.

"It was good but room cleanliness was poor."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
The hotel amenities were excellent. The hotel is beautiful however the rooms were not cleaned. My room pillowcases were dirty, quite a bit of hair was on the bathroom and shower floor. There were bugs on the sofa and on the bathroom floor. There was food on the carpet. I did not expect the rooms to be so dirty in such a beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back to the Sahara casino and other amenities however I will never stay in the room again.

"Ridiculous"
Overall Score2.0/ 5
First night I was asked to put me in a non smoking room and the room I was checked into smelled like someone just left the room smoking weed. Rooms wasn’t clean, hair in the shower, sink and pillows. Out of seven elevators only three work. The elevators in the parking garage doesn’t work either so you’ll have to take the stairs. They supposedly going to credit me one night resort fee for the weed room but I’ll see when I get my receipt. This will be my last time here at this hotel.

"Not Good at all."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
My stay started with me walking my guest (handicapp) down five flights of stairs in the parking structure cause the elevator didn't work. Then being woke up with loud drilling due to construction we knew nothing about. Then needing to get headache medicine due to the drilling only to have to walk down 22 flights of stairs cause someone set off an alarm. To top it off I went to parking structure to leave for a while only to find out I couldn't get to my car cause it was also blocked due to construction. I had to walk back in where security took me a different direction to get to my car. So no my stay was very bad.

"Beautiful Hotel, Quiet with great pools!"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
My husband and I had a great time at the hotel, the restaurants served great food. There is also the convenience to the Monorail that got us to the strip in a few short minutes for a low cost compared to using an Uber.

"Underwhelming"
Overall Score3.0/ 5
The room had not been properly cleaned before we got there. There were crumbs all over the floor, fingerprints everywhere and hairs in the shower. Also, the fridge barely kept anything cold that we put in it.

"Why did we pay a resort fee?."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
We weren’t able to use the jacuzzi, our rooms (we had two rooms three nights) were never cleaned. We paid to have a coffee pot it wasn’t in our room, we called the front desk and we’re promised one would be delivered. We went out to enjoy the evening, came back late and went straight to bed. Woke up to enjoy a cup of coffe in our vip room we paid extra for only to find the coffee maker wasn’t delivered. We called the front desk to inquire and was told they had no more coffee makers available. None of the amenities related to the resort were available to us very disappointed in the hotel.

"Will Stay Here Again."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
I stayed 7 days at the Sahara and enjoyed my time. The resort is off the stripe but the monorail stops at the hotel, runs every 10 minutes until 1am and stops at the Harrah's hotel which is on the stripe. I enjoyed the 21+ pool area and the slots. Compared to the rooms at the hotels on the stripe, the room is small. However, the restaurants had a variety of food. Everything I tried (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was good. I took away a star because many of the restaurants were closed and set to open later in the year so there were only two restaurants and a Starbucks open. Also, I had to request towels when needed as housekeeping was not daily due to COVID. However, the view from my room was great as I could see the Strat hotel and the mountains. I would definitely stay here again.

"Nicely remodeled inside hotel/casino."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
I gave this hotel an average rating because the room itself was not the cleanest. The bed and linens appeared clean but the mirrors and couches need to be cleaned better. I wish the bed was not in front of window, as I would of liked to look out the window while working. I do like all the mirrors inside though, that was a cool touch. There was no room service which I thought was bizarre. The located of the hotel is at the end of the strip, not walking distance to the center of strip. The monorail is located right outside property and was convenient to use. Tacos from the taco spot there were delish! And overall look inside casino/hotel area seem more upscale than the rooms.

"New Room"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
We were upgraded to the Marra Tower. The room was very updated and modern looking. It was quiet even though we were near the elevator. The only negative was that I didn’t know that they don’t supply hair dryers. Having to air dry my hair for five days was somewhat of a hassle.

"W LAS VEGAS DOES NOT EXIST."

The W las Vegas was closed three years ago. There is only the Sahara and it is run down and dirty and very far from the main portion of the strip.

Almost everyone I came in contact that worked at the hotel was great and always willing to help. Some of the machines were shut down in the casino for a couple of days so I was unable to play on my favorite machine for a time. Otherwise everything was great!

"Upgraded rooms were lacking."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
I upgraded my rooms upon arrival and it wasn’t upgraded to a like for like rooms. My original reservation was for two rooms with double beds and when upgraded to a so called bigger room I was given two rooms with Kings. When I complained I was given a rollaway for one of the rooms and was not offered a refund of either the upgraded fees paid or the resort fees. They claim resort fees are for room amenities such as mini bar etc. but if I took anything from the mini bar I would have to pay for it. I guess the manager wasn’t able to explain that correctly. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. I had a party of 15 and we booked several rooms and nobody in my party will be back here.

"Checked in to construction above me."
Overall Score3.0/ 5
Disappointed with the small room I was checked into then the noise all morning long from construction as me and my son were trying to sleep. Called front desk and they were able to move us to the other tower and that room was way nicer. I had stayed in that tower before but with a king bed this time we got doubles. Unfortunately whoever stayed there before us smoked in the room and could still smell it as we walked in even after it was cleaned. After checking in we found out that my son couldn’t connect his xbox to the TV which was so disappointing. You really need to consider this as an option. So we went to Walmart and bought a TV and air freshener and we were good to go. Not all people go to Vegas to party we were there for a basketball tournament. You should consider making this hotel more kid friendly. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

"Small Casino"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
The rooms were nice, however, our room had too many mirrors for our taste. They told us at the front desk they upgraded us but there was seemingly nothing upgraded about our room. The casino is very small and there was a lot of construction happening while we were there. Can't wait to see the end results. Also, there were no umbrellas in the pool area at all for the guests.
