The Westgate Hotel staff is great. Very clean and rooms are comfortable. Cleaning staff is very respectful. Great casino and restaurants, great music venues. We came and enjoyed great Tejano music with many friends. We'll be returning next year. Raymundo Talavera.

My sink flooded with sewer water they did move us but we didn’t get a discount all that money I paid and no discount for the issues.
rooms were cleaned daily, towels restocked and never a worry about our personal belongings. Food was great in the Draft bar/ Sportsbook area. Slots were tight, but that is why it's called gambling!🤣.

I made the choice to say at Westgate because the pool tournament was there and it was noted pool players would get free parking. I called and made my reservation and was quoted a price and prepaid. When I arrived the room was double the amount and I did not get the free parking. The manager was not supportive and past the buck to the folks in parking and the person I spoke to for the reservation. I had a receipt which stated the price and that I had prepaid. My wife and I frequent Vegas and will never stay there again. The worst customer service and just out right rude. I am petitioning the ACS board to let them know and request a new location next year. In addition, if that is place they choose, leagues from our town will not be attending.
