Harrah’s Las Vegas – a Caesars Rewards Destination

Nice clean property. nice shops, we love Ruth’s Chris, mostly Donny Osmond was amazing!

My one night stay was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful and very nice. Probably my best Vegas hotel experience.

I would book again. The view from our room ( valley tower) was not pretty but the bed was super comfortable. Staff were all so kind in hotel, housekeeping, and casino. Close to the sphere and center to many casinos and shopping.

They are pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are very modern clean. The hotel is as well everybody’s friendly and helpful. We did valet parking. We had bell service to bring our luggage up. We’re feeling spoiled now we’re going down to win some money!

To charge $16 for a mini can of Pringles or $20 for a bottle of water that is just sitting in there in the room without showing the prices on them is entrapment.

Nice staff and clean room. Whenever asked, staff came right away.

You need to put a small refrigerator and microwave in all rooms. Also there's a coffee pot, but no k cups.

The hotel location and dining options were fantastic! We were excited to recognize restaurants from Food Network chefs and really enjoyed having such a great variety to choose from. Even though our getaway was just two days, there wasn’t a dull moment—we took full advantage of the many activities available.

We did not have any Internet and could not watch TV and I could not work due to no internet. We could not relax in our room as we anticpated and watch TV. I called they sent an engineer and he just unplugged it and it still did not work. I went downstairs to let and attendant know and she was rude and just shrugged her shoulders and said im sorry I dont have any control. She said she was going to comp one night of resort fees not sure if she did. But the service was horrible this time around and when I asked for help everyone acted like they did not care. We will be staying elsewhere next time to see if we can get better treatment.

Room was ok, view sucked.neede plenty of towels because of shower design, not good!

The hotel and rooms were clean.

It took me awhile to write this. I got rushed to the hospital while being disrespected by the night hotel manager. I had asked someone there to have the hotel contact me regarding the incident I had with him. Treatment from the staff was uncalled for. The manager had my blood pressure go so high I blacked out and fell to the floor and was rushed to the hospital from you bar lobby. I can not believe I never received a call about the incident. Never again, I was there for knowledgefest conference.

People were fighting yelling early morning.
