"Not as I expected."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
To start off the parking is ridiculously far from the check in unless you want to pay for valet. Either ways signs are not clear with directions such as check in, rooms and rideshare pickup/drop off locations. The room felt dirty and I called for service in which no one ever showed up. Probably would not return here. Bottom of my list of hotels to stay at.

"The hotel was smelly and dirty."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
The first assault was to the nose. Every breath was inhaling smoke, everywhere, including in the morning with the first descent of the day, when the elevator doors opened on the fifth floor and a cloud of cigarette smoke came pouring out of the elevator. The room was old and well abused. The carpeting in the hallway from the elevator to the room was stained and bubbling and no longer attached to the floor and the hallway walls were littered with holes. This just gave the appearance that there was no care for the property and if you didn't care about the property, how could you care about the guests. The next visit to Vegas will definitely be at a different hotel.

"Not Impressed"
Overall Score3.0/ 5
There were several issues with our stay. The room wasn’t made up for three days. They kept blaming Covid but they were just short staffed. The gym was only open until four and was missing over a third of the barbell rack. They also only allow two devices for Wi Fi per room. The devices are logged. We had four in our room an only two people could use the Wi Fi the entire time. For some reason you couldn’t get any reception in the room. It seemed like they were jamming the signal because you could go down the elevator and immediately have full service. Very frustrating and it seemed like they wanted to charge for everything. They did credit the resort fees for the time our room didn’t get made up. You could definitely get more for your money at another hotel.

"Overcharge resort fee."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
I bought a hotel room for for $40 and the resort fee was $52. The gym is average hotel gym. WiFi was slow and unreliable. Bare minimum towels and toiletries. Spa was nice.

"Terrible"
Overall Score1.0/ 5
Rude and terribly service. Charging every little things. Charged $40 for valet parking when we were checking in and won't even take our car for a valet because we did not have the diamond reward card and told us to go to the Forum parking. We had to take our luggage and walk to the lobby for 15 20 minutes and another 10 15 to get to the room. Today the water was turned off without a notice and couldn't even take a shower. We asked for a refund instead told us to use the spa, giving us a wrong location and had to literally walked around with a shorts trying to find the spa for 15 20 minutes. I never ever had this kind of service in Vegas before. We had to go to Bellagio hotel to take a shower. Ceasars Palace has a Terrible service and employees are rude and unprofessional!

"No hot tub."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
Called before staying to ask if pool AND hot tub would be open for our visit and she said yes. They failed to mention they don’t have a hot tub. I would have booked somewhere else had I known.

"A pleasant stay"
Overall Score4.0/ 5
Reservation was made through a very nice agent. Fantastic property with lots of dining and entertainment options centrally located on the strip. Pools were fantastic as well and worth staying here for. The Forum Tower room was adequate but nothing special. Furniture was a bit worse for wear but room was clean and comfortable.

"Far Less Than Expected."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
When we checked in, the room we paid for was not available and the check in attendant was unable to upgrade us or assist us. So we ended up with two queens instead of one king. This was after a 45 minute wait to check in. Once we were in our room, there was intense pounding in the room next door. Ugh. This, after 12 hours of driving. We thought we’d have a drink by the pool and relax before dinner (it was about 6:45 pm). Nope. Pool was closed for a special event! Mind you, this is a Monday night and there was no notice of this before reserving the room, during check in or any other time. After a lovely dinner at Nobu, we wanted to gamble, but first we had to wait in line (again) for our rewards card (another 40 minutes wasted). Needless to say, we left early. We did not stay the full two nights.

"Caesars Palace"
Overall Score3.0/ 5
The Caesars palace is a huge hotel and casino. I found it hard to maneuver especially with children. The food is pricey and o really didn’t have help finding my way throughout the building. The room itself was decent but I would’ve liked a tub to bathe my littles in. I feel like for the price you pay here you could enjoy yourself more at a different hotel. The platinum hotel which is where we stayed the first night and costed the same amount was way more family friendly and was huge.

"Never Again"
Overall Score1.0/ 5
I guess there was a time Ceasar's Palace was a place to be, but that time is not now. At some point the service became obsolete and the quality became a thing of the past while the price kept increasing. After a three night stay, the room was never cleaned despite repeated requests for fresh towels. Trust me, you will get better service anywhere else. At this point, Ceasar's Palace is only for people who only remember the name (like me) or have too much money and not enough sense. For the money I spent here (and I didn't gamble) I could have had three fulfilling vacations. This is the definition of RIP off. Very very disappointed.
